Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. Pricing is shared during your first outreach so we can tailor it to what you actually need — no pressure, no upsells.

Both. In-person sessions are held in a quiet, private space. Virtual sessions are available for breathwork, guided reflection, and journaling — anywhere you can find a soft corner.
